PEOPLE

Hayley - was entertaining. This was good for all of us on the training. We learned a lot. It was good to have a trainer who had hands on experience for a change. A very good teacher. Course was brill. An interesting course with a teacher who made it FUN. 

Liz - Has shown a professional attitude throughout but made the course both fun and relaxed. Can we have her again next time, please? She really kept it interesting and supported all levels. Very good tutor. 

Barrie - Very good teaching throughout. I found the group discussions created so much interest and the scenarios we did not only helped with first aid but could have been "citizenship" training as well. Theory and practical elements well connected which kept it interesting. You have an empathy with all the candidates and make them feel at ease which I feel is so important. Your knowledge on the subject is second to none but you always come across as easy going and non judgemental. 

Hilary - She made the course relaxed and fun. I learned more in the first day than two days on any other Paediatric First aid course. Banter, questions were answered thoroughly and it was relaxed and fun. The information given was easy to understandand take in. The tutor delivered the course brilliantly, it was fun.We didn't have to sit and listen. we were able to do it all too. It was fun. She gave us lots of information and answered all our questions.

PLACES

Barnstaple    This is the first time I've looked forward to the next day on any course. The course was good fun.I have already recommended you to some of my colleagues. See you in three years time. Increased confidence. I know that I'll be able to deal with things better. Clear explanations of why and what happens, so that it is easier to take on board than some other training I've had.

Exeter 
I thought that the trainer was great, supportive and thought the role play was useful to reinforce so strongly the details involved – he was very thorough and I've never felt so confident dealing with CPR- also the extra biology info helped to make more sense and to make it so much more useful. I'll also tell my school about your training as they would benefit from it on inset days  

Bideford   I have been on five Paediatric first aid courses before and know how to do first aid. This is the first time anyone has explained why we do the various procedures. I'll make sure that as the staff come up for their renewals they attend your courses.

Exmouth           Lighthearted but educational. (The tutor) kept everything interesting while not only covering all bases but including important child first aid things that Ofsted do not include in paediatric first aid. Brilliant course.
