I thought that the trainer was great, supportive and thought the role play was useful to reinforce so strongly the details involved – he was very thorough and I've never felt so confident dealing with CPR- also the extra biology info helped to make more sense and to make it so much more useful.
I'll also tell my school about your training as they would benefit from it on inset days

Just received the pack with all the information on First Aid. Thank you so much for taking the time out to send it. I am looking forward to completing my first 4 day FA as a trainer and would like to add how much I have enjoyed being on your courses.

You have an empathy with all the candidates and make them feel at ease which I feel is so important.

Your knowledge on the subject is second to none but you always come across as easy going and non judgemental.

I particularly like some of the role plays you get the candidates to complete, especially the one where they would have to prioritise who to help when multiple casualties need attention.

Good to see you recently and hope to meet up again soon
