Level Two Award in Food Safety in Catering. (formerly Basic Food Hygiene) The industry standard course in food safety. A one day course covering food poisoning, bacteria and other forms of contamination, hygiene control, legislation so that people can have the confidence to deliver good quality food safely to the customers. HABC and CIEH exam  OFQUAL accredited or Abbeymead exam.

Food Safety Awareness - A three hour course of learning as a refresher for holders of a level two award or as an introduction to food safety for new employees in the food industry. No examination but certificate of attendance. This course is highly recommended to Child Carers, Pre-school Workers and Care Assistants in Nursing Homes.

Food Safety for Supervisors in Catering - A three day course with a multiple choice question paper to conclude. As well as food safety procedures this course involves an understanding of techniques involving controlling and monitoring food safety and the terminology involved with supervision. HABC or CIEH examination - OFQUAL accredited.
